Shipping Policy

Order Processing All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays, after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive a further notification when your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates and Delivery Times

UK: Standard Tracked: £3.95. Free shipping on all orders over £50. Estimated delivery: 2 to 3 working days from dispatch.

Europe: Tracked Delivery: £12.95. Estimated delivery: 5 to 8 business days.

Rest of the World: Tracked Delivery: £18. Estimated delivery: 10 to 15 business days.

Please note that delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to external factors such as carrier delays or customs processing.

Order Tracking Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to follow your package. All orders are sent on a tracked service so you can follow your delivery every step of the way.

Customs and Import Taxes For international orders, buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.

If Your Order Shows as Delivered But You Haven't Received It Please check with neighbours and your local sorting office in the first instance, as parcels are sometimes left nearby or held locally. If your order still hasn't turned up, contact us at gigi@gigisagora.com within 7 days of the delivery date and we will investigate with the carrier and put things right.

Incorrect Address Please ensure your delivery address is correct at the time of placing your order. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, the customer will be responsible for the cost of reshipment.
