Refund Policy

We have a 14 day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Please note that earrings and all pierced jewellery cannot be returned or exchanged for hygiene reasons.

To start a return, please contact us at gigi@gigisagora.com and we will provide you with the return address and instructions. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a tracked service as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit.

Damages and issues Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us within 24 hours if your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. If your item arrives damaged or faulty we will cover the cost of return shipping and resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Non-returnable items We cannot accept returns on sale items, gift cards, or any pierced jewellery for hygiene reasons.

Condition of returned items Items must be returned in their original Gigi's Agora packaging, unworn and in the same condition as received. If an item is returned in a condition that does not meet these requirements, the return will be rejected and the item sent back to you.

Exchanges The fastest way to get what you want is to return the item you have and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union 14 day cooling off period If your order is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason. Your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund has been approved. If approved, you will be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that we do not refund original shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or faulty. Please remember it can take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, please contact us at gigi@gigisagora.com.
